An honest note about this page

We don't yet publish automated uptime monitoring, so this page is maintained by hand rather than driven by probes. We'd rather tell you that than show you a green dashboard that isn't measuring anything. Automated status reporting is on the roadmap before general availability.

How we handle incidents

• We update this page as soon as we're aware of a customer-impacting problem.
• For anything affecting data integrity or access, we email workspace owners directly rather than waiting for you to check a page.
• Security incidents involving personal data follow the notification commitments in our DPA — without undue delay, and within 72 hours of becoming aware.

Infrastructure

CloseRev runs on Cloudflare's global network. Platform-level incidents affecting the underlying infrastructure are reported at cloudflarestatus.com, and payment processing status at status.stripe.com.
