About

One problem, done properly.

Most marketing software wants to be a platform. CloseRev does one thing: it tells you how much revenue each marketing channel actually closed, for businesses whose sales happen on a phone or in a room rather than in a checkout.

Why it exists

The data is already there. Nobody joined it.

The tools that solve this today mostly work by handing out tracking phone numbers and putting scripts on your website. That works — but it is an installation project, a per-number bill, and it only ever helps from the day you set it up. Ask it about last quarter and it has nothing to say.

Meanwhile the data needed to answer the question is usually sitting in two exports nobody has joined: the closed sales in the CRM or POS, and the leads or calls in the ad platform. CloseRev reconciles them on phone number and email, so you get revenue by channel — including for months that already closed.

What you get out of it

Four things people actually use it for.

A number that ends the argument

"We generated 400 leads" invites a debate. "This channel closed $186,400 last quarter" comes with a reconciliation against your own sales export, and finance already trusts that file.

It works on months that already closed

Because it reconciles exports rather than tracking visitors, you can answer for last quarter today. Nothing to instrument now to learn something in ninety days.

Nothing to install

No tracking numbers to buy, no scripts on your site, nothing to keep working after a redesign. If you can export a CSV, you can attribute revenue this afternoon.

A flat price with nothing behind it

No per-call, per-minute or per-form fees. The number on the pricing page is the number on the invoice, which is only possible because we do not hand out phone numbers.

Your data

You are uploading your customers' details. Here is what happens to them.

The short version of the Security page, in the order people ask about it. The full page names the algorithms and the parameters.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

TLS 1.2+ everywhere; storage encrypted at the platform layer.

Isolated per workspace

Every record carries a workspace identifier and every query is scoped to it, so a guessed identifier from one account cannot reach another's data.

Only what matching needs

A phone number or an email address, and an amount. You choose which columns to map, and we'd rather you uploaded fewer. Special-category data is out of scope entirely.

Real deletion

Deleting an import removes its records, its match results and the original uploaded file from storage — not just a row flag. You set the retention window per workspace.

Nobody at CloseRev reads your records

The product is self-serve and support does not require reading your data. There is no "log in as this customer" feature, and the internal console cannot read uploaded records at all. Every administrator read that does happen is logged for 24 months.

A processor, with a DPA

We act as a data processor and provide a standard Data Processing Agreement, built to GDPR, CCPA and PIPEDA expectations. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.

What we refuse to do

Three rules the product is built around.

An attribution tool that flatters you is worthless. These are the constraints that make the number defensible, and each one costs us something.

Never invent attribution

Only exact phone or email matches count automatically. Weaker ones are surfaced for a human decision rather than quietly counted, and anything we can't tie to a source sits visibly in a Direct / Unknown bucket. If the honest answer is that we can't tell, the product says so.

A processor, not an owner

You are uploading your customers' contact details. Encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per workspace, deletable in one click — records and the original file together. Data minimization and deletion are features here, not a page in a policy.

It survives a finance review

Every match is auditable and reversible, every figure adds up to the one above it, and the method is written down. A number a CFO can take apart is worth more than a number that flatters.

Who's behind it

A Canadian company, independently owned.

CloseRev is built and operated by Aventura Virtual Solutions Inc., an incorporated company in Canada. We are independent and not venture-funded, which is why the pricing is a flat number with no metered fees hiding behind it and why we are not under pressure to become a platform.
