Built for everyone

A full accessibility review of the site and the product, against the strictest standard in force — the one European law enforces. Most of what changed you will only notice if you needed it.

• The first thing every page offers a keyboard is a way past the header, straight to the content.
• Every link and button is large enough to hit, and nothing you tab to can end up hidden behind the cookie notice — it moves out of the way.
• The whole site and the product fit a 320-pixel screen with no sideways scrolling, and stay readable when you turn up the text size and spacing in your browser.
• Screen readers get a named landmark on every page, a labelled control everywhere, and are told which field an error belongs to.
• The cookie notice is clearer and shorter, works fully by keyboard, and says what it means: the first button is now “Necessary only”, because that is what pressing it does.
• The PDF report you download is now a properly tagged document: a screen reader gets its headings, its tables as tables, and the month-by-month chart as the numbers it shows, instead of a stream of text.
• There is a public accessibility statement, in English and Portuguese, saying what standard we hold ourselves to, how we check, and how to reach us if something does not work for you.

Portuguese everywhere, emails that preview, and a clearer cookie choice

A week of changes you meet in your inbox, on your phone, and in the language you chose.

• CloseRev speaks Portuguese all the way through. Every screen, every form message, every email — including the ones that arrive during your trial — now answers in the language of the page you were on, rather than switching back to English when something goes wrong.
• Emails show a preview line in your inbox, so you can tell what each one is about before opening it.
• A short series of emails during your trial shows you around — how to read the first report, what a confident match looks like, when to review the ones we were less sure about. One unsubscribe link stops all of them, and it works with one press from your mail client.
• If the phone numbers in an export look like they belong to a different country than the one you set, the review screen says so before you match — and only when it is really the case.
• Deleting your account removes everything you put in, including the ad spend you typed in, your sign-on settings and any allowance we had raised for you. A few of those had been left behind before; they are not now.
• The cookie prompt will ask you once more, because what accepting Advertising means has changed: it now allows Google and LinkedIn to recognise your browser so that CloseRev ads can be shown to people who visited. Decline and none of that happens. Nothing of the kind runs on signed-in pages, and nothing you upload ever reaches an advertising tag. The Cookie Policy says exactly what runs before and after you choose.
• Confirming your email and paying both pass through a short 'done' page on the way back into the app. It takes a second and needs nothing from you.

Sign-ins you can see, and roles that mean what they say

Two security reviews ran against the live site before launch. Most of what they changed is invisible; this is the part you will meet.

• We email you when your account is signed in from a browser we have not seen before, with a link that signs out every device if it wasn't you.
• A session that goes unused for a week ends on its own, so a browser left signed in on a shared machine is no longer a standing way in.
• A workspace owner can require two-step verification of everyone in the workspace, and cannot lock themselves out doing it.
• Changing a workspace-wide security setting asks for your authenticator code every time.
• Viewers read reports. They can no longer open the matches screen or download the record-level file, both of which carry your customers' details.
• Replying to a support case by email attaches to the case only when it comes from the address that opened it.
• Deleting your account now tells you so, on screen and by email.
• Column-mapping help runs on Google's Gemini, the same model behind the report summary, so there is one AI vendor to name on the subprocessors page. It still sees only the header row, and only if you turned the option on.
• The privacy documents were checked line by line against what the product actually does, and corrected where they had fallen behind.
• The signed-in app was rebuilt on one shell: a side rail with your workspaces, the review count on Matches, a records meter, and a proper layout on a phone. Imports keep a resumable draft; billing shows your price and next invoice.
• The Portuguese site was reviewed sentence by sentence rather than left as a first machine pass.

See the import you just ran

Everything here is about the gap between what you asked for and what the screen gave back.

• Finish an import and the dashboard opens on that import, over the dates it covers — whatever month it is from.
• Reports opens on your most recent data rather than on the last thirty days of the calendar.
• Export CSV and Download PDF now contain the whole report — campaigns, product, location, deal size and match confidence, not only the channel table.
• Settings is five sections instead of one long page, each with its own link.
• Every button that takes a moment says so and refuses a second press, starting with sign-up.
• The campaign breakdown and the written summary are readable on a phone.
• If an import will not fit your monthly allowance, the message says how many records short you are and takes you to the page that fixes it.

Two security reviews, and what they changed for you

You are handing us your customers' phone numbers and your revenue. Here is what is different about how that is held.

• Passwords are protected to the current industry recommendation, and yours was upgraded the next time you signed in without you doing anything.
• Your account is created when you confirm your email address, not when you submit the form, so nobody can open an account on your address and wait for you to adopt it.
• Password reset and email confirmation links work exactly once.
• New and changed passwords are checked against passwords exposed in public breaches, without your password ever leaving our servers.
• Signing in and signing up sit behind a bot check as well as rate limits.
• No analytics or advertising code loads on the pages where you type a password.
• Exports are safe to open in a spreadsheet, whatever was in the file you uploaded.
• Anything a CloseRev administrator does to your account is written into a record that cannot be quietly edited afterwards.
• The status page tests sign-in and billing rather than only reporting that the site answers.

Sign in your way, and hold us to a number

Put CloseRev through your own security review without waiting on an email back.

• Ask for a Service Level Agreement and you get 99.5% monthly availability with service credits behind it. The terms are published.
• Check the uptime yourself: ninety days of history for every component, measured from outside.
• Sign in through your own identity provider on Enterprise and Agency, and require it for everyone on your domain.

Find out what the revenue cost you

Knowing which channel closed the money is half a ratio. Here is the other half.

• Enter what each channel cost you per month and every report gains blended and per-channel ROAS.
• Open a channel to see which campaigns inside it actually closed revenue, rather than which ones got clicks.
• Cut the same revenue by product, location, deal size or match confidence. Every sale appears once, so each cut adds up to the total above it.
• Compare a month against the same month last year.
• Your attributed figure got stricter: only high-confidence and confirmed matches count toward a channel. If your number dropped, that is why, and the new one is the one that survives a finance review.

Bring your team, and your clients

Run CloseRev for more than one person, or for more than one client, without either seeing the other.

• On Agency, give each client their own workspace with its own data, allowance and retention window.
• Invite your team with roles, so a viewer can read a report and cannot change a match.
• Two optional helpers, both off until you turn them on and neither able to change a number: one suggests column mappings, the other writes a short summary at the top of a report.
• Column mappings are remembered between imports.
• A guided first run with sample files, and a warning if the two files look like they were uploaded the wrong way round.
• Extra records, seats and client workspaces can be bought from the billing page.

Revenue by channel, from two exports

Nothing to install, no tracking numbers, no scripts on your site — and it works on months that already closed.

• Upload a closed-sales export and a lead or call export, confirm the column mapping, and get attributed revenue by channel.
• Phone numbers and email addresses are normalised first, so the same person matches however each system recorded them.
• Unmatched revenue is reported as Direct / Unknown rather than spread across paid channels.
• A review screen shows both records side by side with a plain-language reason for every match; confirm or reject any and the totals recalculate immediately.
• Every import is saved as a period, so month-over-month comparison compounds instead of resetting.
• PDF and shareable read-only reports, CSV export, and your logo on every report.
• Deleting an import removes its records, its match results and the original file — not just a row flag.
