The blind spot

What's actually happening

An engagement ring is researched for months online and bought in twenty minutes across a counter. Your ad reporting sees the research and none of the purchase.

What you get

Built for Jewellery Stores.

Counter sales, digital channels

In-store and appointment revenue attributed to the campaigns behind it.

Ranked by ticket

One custom commission outweighs a season of small gifts, and the report says so.

Customer detail stays yours

Encrypted, isolated to your store, deletable in one click. We are a processor, and there is a DPA.

A worked example

The number you can take into a budget meeting.

Not impressions, not leads, not cost per click. Closed revenue, by the channel that produced it, for a period you choose — with the portion we could not trace shown rather than quietly shared out across your paid channels.

The bridal sale is the whole business and the hardest to measure

Bridal is a long, high-value, heavily researched purchase made by someone who will not buy it online at any price. It is also the category where ad spend concentrates, which makes the measurement gap expensive rather than academic.

Between the first search and the purchase there are typically several visits, at least one appointment, and a conversation with a parent. None of that is visible to a pixel, so the campaign that started it gets no credit and the campaign that happened to be running at the end sometimes gets all of it.

Appointments are the signal worth matching

Most jewellers already collect a phone number when someone books a consultation or asks about a custom piece. That booking is the honest start of the sale, and it is what makes attribution possible without installing anything.

Match the appointment or enquiry against the eventual sale in your POS and you get the one number that matters: what a booked consultation is worth by channel, rather than what it costs.

Why it matters

What changes when you can prove it.

You stop defending the budget and start growing it

"We generated 400 leads" invites an argument. "This channel closed $186,400 last quarter, here is the reconciliation" ends one. The teams that can show closed revenue by channel are the teams that get the next increase approved, because they are asking with evidence rather than with conviction.

You can cut the wrong channel without a fight

Killing spend is politically harder than adding it, because someone always owns the channel being cut. A number that reconciles to the sales export takes the argument out of the room — you are not overruling a colleague's judgement, you are reading the same ledger they are.

Your reporting survives the finance review

Platform-reported conversions do not reconcile to revenue, and eventually someone in finance notices. Reporting built from your own closed-sales export starts from the number finance already trusts, which is why it holds up when it is checked.

You answer in an afternoon, not a quarter

Because this reconciles exports rather than tracking visitors, it works on months that have already closed. You are not instrumenting now to learn something in ninety days — you can answer for last quarter today, which is usually when the question is being asked.

Honest answers

The pushback we hear from Jewellery Stores.

They say

Our sales are private. Is this safe?

We say

Only a contact detail, an amount and a date leave your system. Nothing about the piece, the occasion or the customer's circumstances is needed, and the data is encrypted, isolated to your store and deletable in one click.

They say

We are seasonal — a third of the year is December.

We say

Periods are saved, so December is compared against last December. A tool that compares December to November tells you about the calendar, not about your advertising.

They say

Repairs and servicing muddy the numbers.

We say

Include a transaction-type column and the report separates them. Repair revenue is worth attributing too — it is often produced by a completely different channel.

Pricing

Flat monthly pricing. No per-call fees.

The number here is the number on the invoice — no per-call, per-minute or per-form fees. Most jewellers whose highest-value sales start as an enquiry and close in person land on Growth — thirteen months of history to compare a month to the same month last year, and a PDF you can put in front of whoever holds the budget.
